El Dr. Ignacio Dallo, miembro de SportMe Medical Center y co-director de la Unidad OrtobioSevilla villa, participó como Director del Comité Científico en el ICRS – International Cartilage Regeneration & Joint Preservation Society Next Gen Retreat 2025 en el Instituto Rizzoli de Bolonia.
Del 11 al 13 de abril de 2025, se celebró en el histórico Instituto Ortopédico Rizzoli de Bolonia fundado en 1896, cuya huella en la historia de la ortopedia mundial es tan profunda como perdurable. el ICRS Next Gen Retreat, un evento internacional promovido por la Sociedad Internacional de Regeneración del Cartílago y Preservación Articular (ICRS) que reunió a jóvenes líderes en el campo de la reparación del cartílago y la preservación articular.
El Dr. Ignacio Dallo, tuvo el honor de desempeñarse como Director del Comité Científico del evento. Esta designación representa no solo un importante reconocimiento internacional, sino también la consolidación de una trayectoria marcada por la innovación, el liderazgo y el compromiso con la excelencia científica.
El encuentro, celebrado en un lugar icónico para la ortopedia mundial, combinó sesiones científicas de alto nivel con actividades de mentoría, networking y formación, y reafirmó el rol del Instituto Rizzoli como cuna de generaciones de ortopedistas innovadores y visionarios. Durante las jornadas, se presentaron y discutieron 28 trabajos científicos centrados en estrategias avanzadas de regeneración del cartílago y la preservación articular, con la participación de destacados mentores internacionales como el Presidente del ICRS Daniel Grande, Elizaveta Kon, Francesca Vannini, Brunella Grigolo, Gina Lisignoli Lucienne Vonk, Jos Malda, Simon Goertz, Luis Tirico and Cassandra Lee.

From April 11th to 13th, 2025, the historic Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute in Bologna hosted the ICRS Next Gen Retreat, an international event organized by the International Cartilage Regeneration and Joint Preservation Society (ICRS), aimed at bringing together the most promising young clinicians and researchers in the field of cartilage repair and joint preservation.
Dr. Ignacio Dallo, current member of @SportMe Medical Center and Co-Director of the @OrtoBioSevilla Unit, had the great honor of serving as Scientific Committee Director for the retreat. His appointment is a significant acknowledgment of his academic leadership and a testament to a career defined by innovation, excellence, and global impact in regenerative orthopaedics.
